to include the baseline label and baseline date.

can anyone help me to modify the word.dxl and excel.dxl files to include the baseline label and baseline date in the print job.

Yes we can ;-) So what did you think about? Put it as a document property?

The following VBA snippet just needs to be translated to DXL

For Word: 
ActiveDocument.CustomDocumentProperties.Add "Baseline", False, 4, "1.0 Blah"  
ActiveDocument.CustomDocumentProperties.Add "ViewName", False, 4, "Export View"  
 
For Excel: 
ActiveWorkbook.CustomDocumentProperties.Add "Baseline", False, 4, "1.0 Blah"  
ActiveWorkbook.CustomDocumentProperties.Add "ViewName", False, 4, "Export View"
